Registration Agreement

(hereinafter referred to as "we", "TF") understands the importance of personal information to you and will do its utmost to protect the security and reliability of your personal information. We are committed to maintaining your trust in us, protecting your personal information, adhering to the principles of consistency of rights and responsibilities, clear purpose, choice of consent, minimum sufficiency, ensuring security, subject participation, openness and transparency, and other requirements. At the same time, we promise to comply with and implement relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, and take corresponding security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with mature security standards in the industry. Please carefully read the TF Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before using our products or services, and understand our principles for handling your personal information.

In order for you to use our services normally, you need to provide us with relevant information in the following situations: when you register for a TF account or use TF related services, you need to provide your name, nationality, gender, occupation, address, contact information, type, number and expiration date of valid ID card, and linked bank card information. If you fail to provide the above information, it means that you have not completed the real name verification and may not be able to register a TF account or use TF services. At the same time, in order to verify the accuracy and completeness of such information, we may, within the scope of your authorization and consent, legally transmit the information you provide to third-party organizations that store your information (such as government agencies, public institutions, commercial banks, legally established commercial databases, etc.) for verification. We will audit the legality of the information sources provided by such verification organizations. If you refuse third-party organizations to collect, use, or transmit your personal information while providing services, it may result in you being unable to use the corresponding services.

To provide you with payment services:

1. In order to enable you to use the quick payment service, you need to provide your bank card number, name, ID card number, reserved mobile phone number of the bank card, validity period of the bank card (when your bound bank card is a credit card, it needs to be provided only for verification, not retention). We will verify this information with the clearing organization, verification agency, and issuing bank. If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to use the service;

2. In order to accurately execute your payment instructions, when you transfer money to others, you need to follow the prompts on the payment page to enter the recipient's account, recipient's name, and transfer amount. At the same time, to avoid financial losses caused by inputting the wrong account, you can confirm the TF account with the recipient; If transferring to someone else's bank card, you need to enter the recipient's name, bank card number, receiving bank, and amount. If you do not provide the above information, the transfer cannot be made;

3. When you contact our customer service, to ensure the security of your account, our customer service will use the customer service system to verify your account and identity information. When you need to consult relevant payment transaction services, our customer service will check your transaction information.

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the services provided to you, prevent transaction and financial risks, we need to record the type, method, and related operation information of the TF business you use, including IP address, operator location information, device model, system operation version, device identification code, device identifier, device software version information, device sensor information, GPS longitude and latitude Degree information, software list, SIM card IMSI information, SIM card ICCID information, operator base station information, network usage habits, and other log information related to TF services. If you do not agree to our recording of the aforementioned information, we may not be able to complete the risk control verification.

We will adopt methods such as desensitization and de identification to comprehensively analyze and process your information, in order to provide you with more accurate, personalized, smooth and convenient services, or help us evaluate, improve or design services and operational activities. In order to enhance your service experience and recommend better or more suitable services to you, we may provide you with marketing activity notifications, commercial electronic information or advertisements that you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can choose to unsubscribe according to the methods we prompt you.

If you choose to use other services we provide, based on which we need to collect your information, we will separately explain the scope and purpose of the information collection to you and obtain your consent. We will use, store, provide and protect your information in accordance with this policy and the corresponding user agreement; If you choose not to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use a certain service or part of it, but it does not affect your use of other services we provide.
